This is the first hilly stage of the Via Francigena and offers panoramas and interesting views. In the last part of the path, from Medesano, you enter the Taro River Park. The path skirts the Taro River, passes under the railway bridge, crosses the medieval bridge and then ends at Piave di Fornovo.
